It's an important decision but it's not a difficult process. From start to finish, we pledge to make becoming a franchise owner clear, informative and enjoyable.
1) Call or Click

2) Apply
Upon request, we will email franchise information for your review and a Franchise Application form for you to complete.
3) Let's Talk
After reviewing your qualifications and we both agree to proceed, we'll invite you to come spend a day at High Touch High Tech corporate headquarters in Asheville, NC. During this Discovery Day, you'll get an overview of the company and meet with the executive and senior management team.
If a visit is not feasible, we are happy to schedule a conference call via Skype where we will provide an overview of the company and answer any initial questions you may have.
4) Disclosure
We provide you with our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for your complete review.
5) Take a Closer Look
During the due diligence period, we encourage you to conduct local research to ensure your territory will support the start up and ongoing growth of your new business. During this time, you may also wish to secure any necessary financing to assist with the purchase of your franchise.
We will also invite you to speak with our franchisees to learn more about their experiences as members of the High Touch High Tech franchise system.

6) Award Franchise
Within a few days of your visit, we notify you of our decision to award the franchise. Upon your acceptance we will review the details of your franchise agreement.
7) Training
You will enjoy 5 days of training as well as getting to know and building a rapport with our management team at our Corporate Headquarters, in Asheville, NC. During this time, we will review all the necessary details and prepare you to get your operation up and running quickly.
8) Celebrate Opening
We will announce your opening to our entire franchise system and post your exciting news to our corporate blog! Schedule a ribbon cutting with your local Chamber of Commerce, submit a press release to the local newspaper and crack open the bubbly! You are now a member of the ht2 family! Congratulations!
